Loaded Sweet Potato Fries


Sweet potato fries
1.5 pounds turkey ground
Mrs Dash extra spicy
Tomato paste
Red kidney beans
Green onions
Light source cream

How to:

Bottom layer:

Sweet potato fries... for this time, I bought a bag of pre cut fries, with sea salt. This made it quick and easy. Next time I would like to have a French Fry cutter, and make my own fries! Lay fries flat on a baking sheet and cook at 425 for 20-25 minutes, flip over half way through to get everything crisp! 

Turkey Fixings: 

Brown a 1.5 lbs ground turkey package, season with pepper while browning. Add 1/2 cup favorite salsa (or to taste really). Sprinkle Mrs dash -- extra spicy flavor -- to taste, 1 small can of tomato paste and 1 can of no sodium added Red kidney beans

Top with: 
Green onions
Light source cream

How to Build the Booty | In Minute Moves

Build up that booty at home or at the gym! Grab a set of ankle weights to really tighten and tone! I picked up my ankle weights from Acadamy Sports. You can get them from walmart, MC Sports and even Amazon.  Make the most of your time, these moves can burn in only a minute!!! 
Do each for one minute. Rest for 30 seconds, repeat 4 times!! 
Curtsey Lunges (30 seconds each leg) 
Single Leg Deadlifts (30 seconds each leg)
Donkey Kicks (30 Seconds each leg)
Lateral Raises (30 seconds each leg)

1 Minute Protein Power Oats

Looking for a lighter option for a pre way-to-early-in-the-morning workout food???


When I workout in the morning, I don't have time to eat a big breakfast, let it digest and then go workout. So 1 MINUTE POWER PROTEIN OATS are a go to favorite of mine. Try this quick and easy recipe out! 


• Prepare minute oats as instructed.

• At the end, add 1 to 2 scoops of favorite protein powder. I use Herbalife Protein Drink Mix in Vanilla. You can Order it here

• Heavy dash of cinnamon. 

• Easy on the brown sugar.

• Green apple chopped up.
